What to write about
- A conversion error — the page address and what result you expected. This is our priority: a wrong figure gets fixed first.
- A missing unit — a conversion you needed and could not find.
- A wrong real-world size — if a listed object clearly does not match the size stated.
- Press, permissions or partnerships.
What we cannot do
- We cannot give engineering, medical or construction advice. For anything where a small error has real consequences, use a certified measuring tool and a qualified professional.
- We cannot source, sell or order products. We are a reference site, not a shop.
Response time
We read everything. Reports of conversion errors are handled first; other messages usually get a reply within a few working days.
